White-label mobile apps for festivals

Your festival's app, in your colors

Create your festival's own iOS and Android app, published under your name on the App Store and Google Play: lineup, interactive map, push notifications, carpooling. Your team runs it all from a simple back-office, no code required.

Already on the App Store and Google Play.

Everything your festival needs

Built for festival organizers: one app for your festival-goers, one back-office for your team.

Lineup & schedule

Your lineup, always up to date. Festival-goers save their favorite artists, preview their music (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud) and get a reminder before each set.

Interactive map

Stages, bars, water points: your site at a glance. Anyone can even pin their tent and share the spot with friends.

Push notifications

Reach everyone, or just the right people: custom topics, scheduled sends, scannable subscription links.

News

Publish a news post and let your audience know with a notification in the same step. Schedule change, surprise announcement: the word gets out in real time.

Carpooling

Festival-goers organize rides with each other, right in the app. Reporting and moderation included.

Ticketing & practical info

Link out to your ticketing and gather everything useful in fully customizable pages.

Sponsors & partners

Give your partners dedicated screens, placed with care so they never get in the way of the festival experience.

100% your brand

Your name, your logo, your colors, on the App Store and Google Play. A white-label app: every festival gets its own, not a tab in ours.

Your festival app in four steps

  1. 1

    Your identity

Logo, colors, name: we set the app up to match your brand.

  2. 2

    Your content

Lineup, map, news, pages: your team manages everything from the back-office, with roles and edit history.

  3. 3

    On the app stores

Festival-goers download your app, under your festival's name, from the App Store and Google Play.

  4. 4

    Your audience, informed

You publish, they get notified. Before, during and after the festival.

Your questions, answered

Do we need technical skills?

No. Your team updates the lineup, map, news and pages from a web back-office, without writing code. We handle the technical side and the app store releases.

Does the app carry our festival's name?

Yes. It's a white-label app: your name, your icon and your colors on the App Store and Google Play. Festival-goers download your festival's app, not a generic app where they have to look for your event.

Can we change the lineup during the festival?

Yes. A schedule change is fixed in the back-office and published right away, and a push notification can let festival-goers know straight after.

What happens to the app between editions?

It stays on festival-goers' phones. You prepare next year's edition as a draft in the back-office and publish it when you're ready, without anyone having to reinstall the app.

Which phones does the app run on?

iPhone and Android. The app is published on the App Store and Google Play.

Can we see the app before committing?

Yes. The Dox'Art Festival app is live on the stores. And on request, we prepare a preview of the app in your festival's colors, with your lineup, that opens in a web browser.

Let's talk about your festival
